Overview of 48V Ebike Charger

The SMCZ7 Series Charger is a high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving charger series. The 800W 48V Ebike Fast Charging Station's charging voltage is adjustable from 24V to 72V. It can be used as a 12v battery charge controller or as a 36v battery charge controller. When charging at low speed, the input voltage will gradually increase according to the program ratio of each step; when charging at high speed, it needs to be set manually by pressing "Program". In addition, this product also has a built-in timer for automatic discharge function that can automatically detect and regulate the electric vehicle's terminal state in order to protect its life span.

It has a variable frequency, so it can automatically detect programmed regulation on charging and discharging of the battery. It also shortens the time it takes to charge up your bike by 40%. The SMCZ1 series charger can be used with any 48V Ebike Battery Pack or any pack with capacity of less than 7 Amps/Hrs at 12 Volts DC input voltage range.

Products Functions

Overheat Protection	When the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 80°C，the charging current will reduce automatically.When it exceeds 85°C.the charger shutdown for protection.When the temperature drop,the charger automatically resumes to charge.
Short Circuit Protection	When the output short circuit,the charger will automatically shutdown the output,After troubleshooting,the battery can be reconnected to resume charging.
Battery Reverse Connection Protection	When the battery is reverse connected,the internal circiut of the charger will automatically disconnect from the battery ,without charging ,without damaging the charger.
Input low-voltage &Over-voltage Protection	If the input voltage is lower than 150v or higher than 264v,the charger will shutdown protectively and automatically resume working with the voltage is normal again.
